It has been awhile since I posted!  Things have been crazy but I will do more regular updates now.  I have still been working out.  I have been doing some heavy weight lifting recently trying to regain the lean muscle mass I have lost.  Starting again this month I will start to cut again though.  Wonder if I can reach my goal by August!  Who knows.  Im up a few lbs more then likely due to more lifting opposed to cardio...haven't weighed myself, but I will do so within the next week or 2!

Went in yesterday evening for my real final weigh in ahha.   Anyways was pretty good final weigh in was 219lbs.

 

So in about 10ish weeks I dropped 40lbs right on the button.  259--> 219

 

Still 19+ lbs for my goal.....hopefully by August we shall see!

Last week on Wednesday I had pulled my groin pretty bad.  Was a little tender from Indoor Hockey and I decided to play Tennis on it...not once but TWICE.  The good news is I am 2-0 this season playing on an injured groin :D  I could barely move but now it is starting to come around.  I am hoping to be able to play hockey again this Thursday if its at 100%.  Side Note....weight update I haven't done this in awhile!

So down 33lbs now so far!  Not too bad.  Did my measurements also.  I lost everywhere but my chest(which I don't mind at all, been working it hard).  Only lost 3lbs of lean muscle mass which is awesome.  Im on still 20% body fat right on the dot now which is good (considering i was over 25.  Just have to work that down to 10% :D  Was at 188lbs of lean muscle.  Now I am at 185 lean muscle which isnt too bad :)
